Salted Nut Bars.

I made this recipe for Salted Nut Bars and loved it. The recipe is from Bake Or Break Recipes and the people who made this are geniuses. I plan on making this recipe again.

This recipe is very simple and it took me less then ten minutes to make. But when I made it the marshmallows did not melt, so I had to turn on the heat again to melt them (see tip). But otherwise amazingly easy and tasty. When I first checked on the bars to see it they set up after about three or four hours they were still very soft, after about a day they started to harden and after two days they were perfect.

Another up to this recipe is that it is not dangerous to make; the peanut butter mixture is only slightly hot but not like making candy which is very dangerous and very hot. All in all a great recipe and delicious bar.

Tip: when adding marshmellows melt them first or turn the heat back on to get them to mix in properly.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Mug Cake

Cookie dough is one of my most loved flavors. If it is in ice cream or about to be cookies it always tastes buttery and delicious. This recipe is based on that flavor. After cooking let it sit until just warm not hot; this makes all of the flavor come through and not just be sweet and steamy. I hope you enjoy this, because I love it.

Ingredients:
One Large Egg
3 TBS Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1 TBS Melted Butter
1/2 Tsp vanilla
One Small Pinch Of Salt
2 TBS Chocolate Chips ( mini or full size)

Add egg to a medium sized mug.

Add the brown sugar to the mug.

Add the flour and melt the butter. Pour in the butter.

Mix in vanilla and salt.

Pour in the chocolate chips.

Mix the batter very well.

Cook very well for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Let cool or eat warm.

Even Better Chocolate Mug Cake

I found this recipe on babble.com and it was so good that I had to share it. The recipe is for Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake; but when I made it I cooked it all the way through (my microwave must be a higher wattage ) and it was so good. And with an added ingredient it became perfect.

Ingredients:

One large egg

1/4 Cup confectioners sugar

2 TBS Unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp Vanilla

Add the egg.

Mix in the sugar.

Add the cocoa powder and the vanilla.

Mix very well.
Cook for one minute or until cooked through out.

And thats it.
Let it cool for a dense but flavorful cake or eat it warm for a soft fluffy texture.
